| 18 miles on Ouachita Trail, starting from Hwy. 7 Trailhead, out-and-back into Flatside Wilderness. Ran first 10 miles strong in sub-12 pace, but stopped for photos and a soak in the creek on way back. Also ran out of water at 15 and did some conservative power hiking the last 3 miles. Only took one bottle and was out there nearly four hours. Really enjoyed myself and thankful for the opportunity.
