80 mins, approx. 10 Miles, down to State Capitol east via H, Kavanaugh, and Markham; up State Capitol Dome steps (Rocky style), then back west via 7th, 6th, through UAMS campus, crossing back over Markham, and up Ash to hook back up with Kavanaugh, then Evergreen home.

Nice run on a runnably mild day around 89 degrees but overcast.
