| 20 miles on OT and Hwy. 300. First ~8 miles in steady rain on muddy, rocky, and technical OT, followed by 8 on Hwy. 300, then back on OT for ~2 miles to car; did 2 miles (OB) on 300 for an even 20 in 3:15 (9:45).

| 20 miles in just over 3 hours (9:02) in Ouachita National Forest. This was quiet an adventure in the pouring rain with flooded FSRs and unplanned reroutes (including a ride from a nice local couple!).

| 20 miles in 2:52:45 (8:38) from Pinnacle Mt. State Park Pond parking lot to NLR side of Big Dam Bridge and back, along Pinnacle Valley Rd. and the Arkansas River Trail (paved). One bottle of water only despite temp approaching 88 degrees with 60% humidity.
Most positive was my back half split (84 mins), which was 4:45 faster than outbound 10!

| 20 more moderately paced miles with friends this morning in the Ouachita National Forest. Really enjoyed the company and conversation after a high-volume week. One of my buddies, Stan, will be pacing me for the final 38 miles of the Weatern States Endurande Run, which is two weeks from today.
23 Total Miles, including 3 miles walking.
Six 20s in a row this week, rounding out a 130+ mile week heading into a two-week taper.
