Got up early this mornin and ran by myself cuz I went to breakfast with ma HEFY fam (goodtimes...). Mile wu and then 10x60sec pickups with 90sec rest inbetween. Felt pretty good and the pickups were solid, until after the pickups then it was niiiiice and slow to finish up. Did my run over to the MCT and on that for a ways. I'm just hoping that my legs will start feeling good by Thursday for our first (ahhhhhh!) meet.
