workout in the gulley today. (200,400,200) x 3. Times were okay, last 400 was killer but like good killer. Ran back and had to cut it a little short cuz of time restrictions.
High mileage today with 7 miles of it at "easy" pace. Which ended up being about 7:30-7:40 per mile. Whole run averaged about 7:55 pace including a really slow mile wu and a super slow cd plus it included the "kicker". Felt pretty good until the last couple miles... then my feet and knees were pretty much done.
