Today was the somewhat famous/infamous 20x400 workout as the finale of Awesome Week. Warmed up a half mile and then waited FOREVER bc some people like to sleep in (you know who you are;). Finally got started with 5x400 at 5k pace with 1 min rest inbetween (my average pace for those was a 93), then 5x400 at goal 2 mile pace with 90 sec rest (av. pace 86), then 5x400 at current mile pace with 2 min rest (av. pace 81) then finished it up with 5x400 at goal mile pace or just whatever you could give. For those my paces were kind of all over the place: 80, 80, 79, 76, and last one was fire at a solid 70 haha. So yeah I felt really good about the wo; it was really consistent and i was feeling super good. After cooled down a mile and then had a delish breakfast with the team. Shoutout to all the nice parents who made it for us :)

And shoutout to everyone who completed awesome week!
