Mile under 5:15
5k under 19:00
Run a half marathon...
Then a marathon! :D
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be healthy so I can run my whole life, and make running fun so I can enjoy it my whole life :)
Cross country and track runner for Skyridge High School. I also love to snow ski, do yoga, play the viola, and hang out with my cat :)
Ran a long ways, very slowly today. High recovery run at 8:50ap (haha am i a turtle or what?). Did a long out and back up Sundance and into Apline a bit. Felt okay but my legs felt pretty lethargic.
Wow lethargic that's a fancy word
