Mile wu to the junior high and then mile repeats - yipee! Honestly didn't feel so great on the wu so i was worried it was gonna be a super rough workout, but it ended up being okay once my legs got going. Workout was 3 mile repeats with 5 min rest inbetween. My splits ended up being 6:25, 6:32, 6:30, which I felt okay about. It was definitely a tough course cuz the grass was really long and there were a LOT of turns. After finished up mileage by doing 5 more at 8:20 pace up into highland then back down. Felt surprisingly good on the cd. Also HUGE shoutout to Allison Pray for doing the workout with us and then being my running buddy for the cd. What a cool girl.
