Mile wu and then our first tempo run - yay! haha. But it wasn't too bad. Just two miles at tempo pace, which for me is 6:05-6:45. First mile was a 6:39 and then second mile was a 6:20. Felt good and looking back probably could've gone a little faster the first mile, but I'm glad I was conservative. After did a couple more miles with Bryn, and then weights 4.
