Medium recovery today. Did a couple miles on the grass and then the rail trail 5 mile loop with Guppy and Bryn. Legs felt tired but it was still a decent run. Unshoutout to my body for not being okay with the heat hah. And way to go Gan for being brave and facing Mr. Clinton. What a champ.
