Low mileage and pre-meet today for the duel meet tomorrow. Since I'm racing the mile for pre-meet it was two 400s at pace. First was so SO SLOW, like idek what happened but it was an 87 and I'm supposed to be hitting 80s... second one was a little better but still slow at an 83. Seriously don't know what was up with those. Hopefully tomorrow's laps will be significantly quicker... After did a grass mile which felt sort of  good i suppose.
