Longest I've run in awhile today. Technically I was supposed to cross train today but my bike is currently out of commission so... Anyway I ran 3.7 over to the AF rec center and then did a Zumba class (haha so weird but fun). Average pace was about 8:00, felt pretty good except for some minor pain in my right knee. Good day cuz running is gr8t.
