I truly have mixed emotions about today's run. First, I was beyond thrilled to be running with the team again and special shout out for coach J for running with us! However, I was roasted particularly hard for a large part of the afternoon because Sami and Gan seem to think it's roast Watson week... Again. However it is soooo their turn so anybody reading this needs to help me out and roast them please and thank you. Anyhow the run itself was pretty good. I was feeling decent and we kept a good pace. Nice to have low mileage because it was feeling a little toasty today. We did a loop out by Wine's park and then through state up to the cemetery and back the old Lehi.
