Half mile wu, then some drills, and then we did this awful human knot thing... I'm shuddering just thinking about it. Then went 2.5 more, up Nuttal Drive and then looped back on the rail trail. Felt pretty good overall. 8:10ap. Glad to be running again and super Glad to have my girl Gan back :) but still missing the rest of the squad :'( might be kinda MIA the rest of the week cuz girls camp but crossing fingers for good trails :)
