Half mile wu and then back to the Kicker today... yay. Haha really tho compared to the dreamaker it's not so bad. Ended up running a 10:05 today, which according to the record board is a two second PR, but honestly I'm not sure how accurate the record board actually is cuz I think I ran under 10:00 last year. But oh well. Anyway I felt okay but I do think I could've gone harder, but I guess the first kind of "race" is always a little rough in gauging how fast you ought to be going. After ran back down to the park and then a half mile more to finish up at 4. Abs and hips.
