Glad to be back at practice today. Mile wu to the cemetary for a "cross-country ladders" workout, which means 200,400,800,1600,800,400,200 at goal 5k pace with 1 min of rest after the 200 and then a minute more each time and vice versa going down. Overall it was a hard workout, but a good workout, and I felt pretty good. Everything was on pace (6:10 is my goal pace) or faster except the 1600 ended up being 6 seconds too slow so that was bummer. I seriously don't know how i'm gonna hold that pace in a race hah. Last 200m was pretty epic racing Mario. Shoutout to her for edging me out at the very end. After race back and finished our mile to end up one mile over mileage. Abs and hips to follow and like a gallon of water... #staythirsty

*shoutout to Austin cuz he leaves for Spain today. What a guy.

You are going to do great!

Train at 6:00 pace and then 6:10 pace will feel like a piece of cake! (*^_^*)
