Awesome trail run with Gan this morning! After a lot of wrong turns we made it to the Bonneville Shoreline trail up close to the "Y". It is a pretty sick trail with an awesome view. Turns out tho that when the trail splits you should NOT take the small uphill one cuz that ends in you having to basically slide down the rocky mountain side for awhile. It was overall a really good time tho and I felt pretty good even tho our pace was pretty slow. Glad to be back running with a buddy too! Also after we got the BEST honey whole wheat bagels with strawberry schmear(?) from Einstein bagels and I highly reccommend.
