Easy mile wu and then a speed workout on the track, which tbh was super fun bc we haven't done one of those in so so long! It was 1000m at 5k race pace and then a 200m jog, then a 200m sprint, then 3:30 min of rest - six sets of that. My splits for the 1000s were: 3:58, 4:02, 3:58, 3:57, 3:56, my last one was a 3:39 :) All of our times were on pace and my legs felt super good and strong so overall the workout was a big win. Missed my buddies Gan and Guppy tho... hope they had a fun time at USU. After I did about half a mile on the grass to finish up then abs and hips and ya, know... a few pushups ;)
