First speed workout of the season today!! We did grass pick-ups up at the old cemetery. I did 6x1min. pickups with a minute jogging in between. Felt pretty good although I can definitely tell I'm out of shape. Had a chilly but good first ice bath of the season too. Lots more to come ;)
