Had a lovely little (but hecka fast) speed workout today. 3x400, 3x200, and 3x100 all at 800m pace. Can't remember the exact amount of rest but it felt pretty decent. However, my legs are in no way used to going that fast. Somehow I've lost all my speed, but that's okay I'll get it back... Hopefully. Anyhow, 400s were pretty hard but the rest was cake. 100s and 200s were definitely faster than they should have been but it's all good. Kinda glad I wasn't doing the 2 mile workout. Cool down after was a little rough cuz ma legs felt a little like rocks but after a bit they felt lots better and it ended up being a relatively speedy cool down, especially cuz I had to get back for MORP which ended up being a party. Shoutout to Sami and Guppy for staggin' it ;)
