"Skyrim" workout todayyyyy. Mile wu and then the wo was 8x600m burm repeats with 90 sec rest inbetween (that's not much fyi). Goal pace was 6:12-6:24 per mile, but per 600 it was basically to stay under 2:30 for me. It ended up being a really good workout and I hit some good splits: 2:18, 2:18, 2:24, 2:24, 2:24, 2:24, 2:24, 2:18. So very consistent hah. Legs were wrecked after but it was a good cd to the "watering hole" with Gangan.
