I have three girls-Sarah, Brooke, and Bailey and a baby boy born in Jan. 2010 named Boston. I own a Concrete Construction company called Quality Footings and Foundations. I biked from work to trax and trax to home. Then I ran up from my house by the Daybreak lake and up to Herriman HS and over to 126th south and down to 36th west and then home. Nice breeze and cooler temps were nice.

Ran with Danielle this morning. Talked about St. George Marathon and where we are going to stay and whether or not to take vacation to Lake Powell together. Its hard to schedule multi families vacations, but we will see. May even go to Sand Hollow after for a few days instead. Ran at park for lunch 6 miles.  

10 mile bike ride home.

Ran up City Creek starting at 11th Ave down to the Canyon and up 3.5 miles and back down for my lunch break.

I ran up to Danielles house and we ran 14 miles together.  We made our way around the lake and up to Herriman area on the  SoJo marathon course and then back home.  On my way back home I went to use a porta potti off the side of the road by Daybreak and walked in on a construction worker taking a dump and saw way to much! I have been washing my eyes several times today and still cant get it out of my mind! Ewww!
