pm--7.5 A hot afternoon run w/ about a million water breaks. The acclimation will come soon enough. Frida ran strong w/ the leaders the whole time. The team's coming together nicely.

am--5 Early morning Target run w/ the varsity girls. Mornings are so nice right now, perhaps smelling almost autumnal. 

pm--4 Up past the Green Springs clubhouse and back.

am--3 Early morning AC run w/ the girls. It was a bit toasty out, but the girls were out in numbers, and we kept a pretty good pack on the way back. 

pm--6.5 Over Foremaster w/ a 15-minute tempo starting at the top of the Sunrise Tire hill and extending to the park just past the Dinosaur Farm. It was actually pretty decent.
