pm--7.5 Fields Loop w/ pick-ups (1 min., 2 min., 1 min., 2 min., 1 min.). Fun group. My lower abdomen/groin felt decent in the pick-ups. We'll see how it feels after some sleep. Weights after (Bench, Squats, and Deads).
