am--7.5 Green Spring and warm and cool w/ the kids w/ some running in the middle. RHR--54.

pm--4.5 Some miles to top off the day. I was fairly active--walked to the elemetary school w/ my daughters, mowed the lawn, and did miscellaneous push-ups, planks, etc. Also, I'm about 1/3 of the way into All The Light We Cannot See. It's a good read so far.

pm--5 Watched the Badgers get worked by some Huskers while I ran. The run was uneventful except that lunch lingered.

am--6 Barrel Roll. Got up when I got up and headed out on the trails. It was a nice morning even though an ominous cloud hung over the SCRR--there is a 100-mile bike race tomorrow, so the trails are closed to public use. (I'm not sure that a BLM permit allows an RD to shut down an area to the public. Research needed.) RHR--56.
