pm--6.5 Braved the elements, which ended up being down right pleasant. The run felt light and smooth other than a few warm spots. I got some flats for Christmas and went sockless.

pm--4 Tready miles. Longer day than I expected, but I needed to get the legs moving for a bit. I ran most of the run @ 2% then hit 6 strides towards the end.

pm--9 I intended on hitting a long run on the trails, but the rain does bad things to the trails. So I decided to try something stupid--I went through 6 of the 9 terrain simulations on the tready. Although it took longer than I expected for 9 miles, I did get ~4500' of simulated climbing. That makes the legs a bit tired. I may get out for a few more this evening.
