pm--9 Up past the new Harmons. Having a store on that part of the Heights changes the flow of traffic in that area. A runner has to be vigilant now. The busy road and dinner still clinging to the guts made the run slightly less than heavenly, but only slightly. When I got home, one of my daughters said, "You look like you worked hard." Not sure what that means. Compliment because I worked hard? Or insult because a 9-miler makes me look like death?
