am--5 Brutal Hill run from Deer Haven Campground. Macey really did well today, and Alli J has decided that hills are her new favorite thing. 

pm--2.5 Some miles at Navajo Lake after team pics in our camp shirts. Heard some great thoughts and experiences from some cool kids tonight. The team is coming together and looks to be something special.
