am--5.25 Some rolling hills. For whatever reason, I was really sweating today. Decent run other than that. It'll be good to run w/ the kiddos again. RHR--52. 

pm--2.75 Barefoot striders at SCHS softball field. After did some kettlebell swings, ab work, and rowing (1, 2, and 3-min. intervals).

What was he reason for a 5th A and next year a 6th A? What is the reason behind concussion training? What is the reason behind financial crack downs? What is the reason behind he moratorium? The all-mighty sport of Utah sports... Wait for it... FOOTBALL! American version, of course. The world version just thinks (and wants and wishes) all things locally revolved around it.
