am--7 Turtle Road out-and-back. We had some of the fabulous super seniors out today. That was fun. It was also fun to see Jenessa and Alli B. running w/ us. My body is feeling sore. Not sure why. Maybe, it's from getting back at the weights yesterday. Oh well, the pain of growth. RHR--52.
