Biked three miles and then ran four miles. Love my new shoes. Didn't have any pain after running- Yeah! Didn't sleep that well last night, shock, shock, so I got hyped up on coffee all day. Hopefully tonight I will sleep well, tired of not being able to sleep.
Need seven more miles to join the 500 mile club. Tomorrow I will bike and run to get my last 7 miles. Have been logging biking and running miles on a log sheet since the beginning of March, my goal was to be done before the end of the year. Seven more miles! Then I can send the form and log sheet off and I will get a t-shirt. Yeah!
