Running Accomplishments:

Have been running since Fall 2008.  Running started out as an exercise for weight loss and quickly turned into an addiction.  Lost 50lbs in 2009.  Today I am at a ideal weight.

So far my personal best for a 5K race is 29:59. 

25K trail run 3 hr 46 min

Marathon 6:05:37.45


Short-Term Running Goals:

• Run a 25K trail run in 3 hr and 30 min or less 

• Improve my 5K race time, my goal is 20min

• Run a marathon under 5 hours.

• Increase my weekly mileage

• Run on the weekends


Long-Term Running Goals:

Ironman Triathlon

Personal:

I'm a production artist.

My hobbies are poetry, art, computers, running and biking.

Just biked a little.  Don't feel well today. Almost didn't bike because my leg and ankle was popping and hurting.  Oddly biking seemed to stop that.

Got a little run in before teaching a friend and coworker some exercises.  Proud of her, she has been losing a lot of weight.

Knee and ankle popping again so I biked a little instead of running. Think I need todo a lot more cross training and strength exercises.  I tend to just run because running is my favorite.
