Ran two slow miles after work on the treadmill and then ran another two slow miles on the treadmill after eating dinner and watching the Biggest Loser. I was into my after dinner run, right after work run not so much. Not feeling stressed like I was last week and during the weekend but feeling down, fighting to snap out of it.

LOVE the Biggest Loser. Who gains nine pounds while at the ranch? That was crazy. Vitamin D in the winter really helps me battle the whole feeling down thing. Just a suggestion! I hate the Dreadmill, but we gotta stick to it, don't we?

I know! I was shocked and yelled What! when I saw that the twins each gained 9 lbs. That is crazy.

Thanks for the Vitamin D suggestion.

Ha! Dreadmill, that is punny. Yeah gotta stick to it.

Is it spring yet?
