After work I jogged on the treadmill for 30min, did 30 min on the elliptical and five min of weight lifting. After dinner I did a 8 min yoga workout for runners. 8 min felt like hours. I can run for hours and it will feel like only about 30min has gone by. Yoga is rough on my attention span and patience. But thinking I can survive 8 min mini yoga workouts throughout the week. Hoping it will make me more flexible and a faster runner. |
