3/4 mile warmup, then on the track I did
2 200s (40 seconds each--too fast for what I wanted to do)
1 800 (3:33)
1 400 (1:40)
2 200s (50 seconds each--much better)
1 800 (3:38--slowed a little)
I felt like I was going slow, but I was actually going quite fast for me. I'm going to be doing a 5K in November and 1 in Dec. and I'd like to try for a consistent 7:15 or 7:30 pace in Dec.
