Intended to get in 5.5 miles, but tried to do it while coaching. This run (after dealing with an asthma attack, low blood sugar, a turned ankle, 2 blisters, and a score of other minor complaints from my runners) inspired me to set my alarm for just before 5 tomorrow. I'm going to try to get in a 5-6 mile run BEFORE work.
