Yesterday i mismanaged my time, so I only did abs. Today I ran my normal 4 mile route but added on some mileage by running along the bike path to add on a little loop it as rather warm and sunny. At least the lady's puke from last week was gone. I also fell. I spent a minute thinking about running in the street to avoid this area that is always wet after I decided not to run around it I forgot about it and hit it square in the slippery part. I went down, but fell perfectly so that I hurt nothing. The car that watched me stopped to make sure I was okay. That was nice. |
