Personal:
I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.
I've been away from public blogging for a very long time. I figure I should make my blog public again. I miss the community. I'm also using some Beachbody app to track workouts. I don't like it as much for logging running. Too hard to keep totals and look back on workous.
Four very slow morning miles. Progressively faster, but not a mile below 9 minute pace. It was nice out, though, and I enjoyed the unusual morning workout. The kids went back to school today. I start up again tomorrow.
