I ran in the dark.  For part of the time a guy on a bike was following me.  It's possible that he and I were just on the same path coincidentally, but it was a little creepy, since he had ample opportunity to pass me.  I was totally primed to fight.

Then I was about a quarter mile from home, really wanted to add on some so I could get to 3 instead of 2.5, but not with some creep following me.  So I sneaked a peek behind me only to discover he wasn't behind me anymore.  So he probably wasn't behind me for as long as I thought he was.

I got my 3 after all.

Maybe it was a ghost. Did he say anything about Large Marge sending him?

Burt, maybe it was a ghost. That would have made him pretty easy to fight. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-Pdlxd_rro

Have a nice day!

Tom, as soon as I saw the mad pooper article, I knew Burt had to see it. So much so that I texted him on my way to work and forgot that it was 4 or 5 a.m. there. And I felt bad about that for a second, but then determined it was worth it.

Tracy, I tell all the runners that I train, especially the women, that it's a good idea to carry a small aerosol container of 10% Pepper Spray when their out running alone. A small canister/tube of pepper spray can easily be carried in a spy belt ready for use if needed.
