Day 3. Shoulders and arms plus the ab workout. I don't know if the ab workout seemed harder on Monday because the workout was harder on Monday? For some reason I had trouble with certain exercises that today seemed to be no problem.

I am catching up on your p90x voyage. p90x definitely eats up some time! It would be hard to run too, but wow you would be ripped after all that! I think the guy Tony Horton is more than annoying, he's a total tool. Whenever I did p90x at work me and my partner would shout expletives, insults, and comebacks to entertain ourselves during the workout. haha. Way to go for it!!

Yeah, me and my buddy already discussed that as soon as we knew the workouts, we'd mute him and play some good tunes.
