I had a horrible night's sleep. Mostly I kept waking up because I was dreaming of running. I either was dreaming that I was running OR that my alarm didn't go off and I missed running. Woke up at 5:15 and got out at about 5:30. It was in the high 50s, sun already up, but definitely not as humid as the other day. I didn't stop to rehydrate throughout the run because I didn't need to. I did run slow, though. It was nice and I didn't have the usual I-hate-running-slow-and-easy feeling where I wonder why I'm out there running.
