Personal:
I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.
A good p.m. 3 miles. Went out right before dusk, and it was nice out. Maybe 70s. I lost my garmin charger a while ago, and haven't put any real effort into finding it. Sometimes I enjoy running without it, sometimes not. Today was one where I didn't mind, though I'm sure my pace was fairly slow.
