It is hard for me to establish a pattern of morning running, because every time in need to run in the a.m. I sleep like crap the night before. I woke up 6 times to check to make sure my alarm was set and I still had time to sleep. Then I woke up at 4m thought I had time to sleep, but never did fall asleep again. Consequently, I'm exhausted. But my run was good and I'm glad I got it over with. |
