Ran a warmup of about 1/2 mile.
Then I got in a really good workout. I did 400 intervals on the track (with a 200 jog in between). All my 400s were under 1:40. I did 10. I felt hugely proud when I was done.
Then I did a cool down.
Now if only I was training for a short race. I'm having a hard time coming by mileage here. |
