Kenpo. I like that workout. Then I took the boys on my run.

The weather was beautiful, but the run was not. Here were our stops:

1. Eli had to be reminded that he really needed to look both ways while crossing the street.

2. Eli needed to itch his head.

3. Caleb took a pretty nasty spill while riding in a circle in a parking lot. That was a long one. Chuck came and picked him up. Eli and I continued.

4. Eli had to ride down the "big hill." We were turning right before we got there.

5. Eli made me stop so I could tell him why our car was parked down the street. It wasn't our car,

6. We had to strategize how we were going to handle crossing a long series of side streets. I didn't want to stop at every one. But I didn't want to contradict stop #1.

7. Eli needed to itch his head.

8. Eli needed to stretch his back.

And that was the first 3.4. Then I dropped Eli at home and finished. Needless to say, this was pretty slow. But nice bonding time.

I got a good laugh out of this. I think it should count as MORE than 4 miles!

Considering it took probably an hour, I should count it as 7.
