I chickened out about running outside.  It was colder than yesterday (but hugely less windy).  And since it was my last day for the gym, I went there to ask some questions.

The run was pretty good.  I warmed up for 10 min at 6.5 pace, then did a ladder workout.  2 min. hard, 2 min. easy.  I started at 7.0 for hard and went by .5 up to 8.5, then back down.  My easy pace was always 6.5.  I did this pretty much for the next 30 minutes, except at first I was going to do the last 4 minutes at 6.5 pace.  Instead I did 4 min at my last hard pace (7.0) and finished on an easy 2 minutes.

I don't blame you for chickening out. Running in the cold gets old very quickly. So are things working out with the gym?
