Treadmill. One warmup mile. Then 6 x 400 at 7:30 pace with a 400 recovery in between. Then 1 mile cool down. I felt good during the fast pace. The pace was comfortable, but not easy. The four or so inches of fresh snow mean that the exciting run I was planning outside for tomorrow will not take place outside. Our roads will be snow covered until it warms up, which might be this week. |
