I got up early for a change since I have to supervise a basketball game tonight. I ran on the treadmill (ugh) before I fed Charlotte (double ugh). But it wasn't terrible.

I'm not saying I ever loved the treadmill, but I used to be able to run on it without wanting to kill myself. Maybe I need to get the T.V. in that room hooked up. Right now all I do is watch the clock/distance.

TV definitely helps - the numbers stop moving when you watch them. It's like looking at the toaster and waiting for toast to pop up.

Burt, you make everyone uncomfortable when you speak so bluntly. I thought my little innuendo (using the word "double") was both clever and classy.

It's funny because I have a DVD player that I could easily hook up to the TV that's just sitting there in the room, but no DVDs, really, to play. Unless I want to watch My So Called Life. Or Mr. Bean. Actually, neither of those sound so bad.
