Did the standard home loop today, felt slow going out, but I felt consistent. I think the race, coupled with the long run yesterday all on hills is taking a little toll on me. The good thing about it is I think this will help me feel stronger, I am starting to 'hurt' like I did when I had really good workouts in high school and college. Just need to keep attacking these runs and hope that the body feels good. The foot was a little stiff at the beginning but it loosened up by the end of the run. (time: 23:46) |
