Married to my awesome wife Kirstyn and together we have 4 kids.
My legs always feel good after a Sunday day of rest.
Did my run in the afternoon because I didn't have time in the AM.
I hate afternoon runs.
Took it easy with the mileage because I ran in the afternoon yesterday.
Patellar tendon was a little tighter this morning.
Hill repeats followed by 3 more miles
Chilly rainy morning. So nice!!
Uphills were my recovery and many of the downhills I did MP with some tempo.
I was thrilled with how good my legs felt during the run. I had a lot left in the tank when I finished mile 16.
